Yes, absolutely. All Quicky Bowl meals and products are made with 100% natural ingredients and are entirely oil-free keeping in mind the health and dietary requirements of our wide range of customers who use our products. The meals are made with the choicest and freshest of ingredients and the best spices available so that no one has to compromise their health for want in taste. Our bowls are also 100% preservative-free and do not have any artificial flavors, colors, or MSG that are added to the products. We hope to bring you the flavors of without making you miss out on your health goals. The tastes of home as such would be forever within your reach!

We meet many requirements for research and product development before launching our products to ensure that our meals and other products have the required amount of nutrients and calories, and that the safety that is associated with them is not compromised. Quicky Bowl meals and our other offerings are best before 12 months from the date of manufacture as per the Food safety and regulatory authority. We would encourage you to carefully check the product packaging for the details that are associated with each batch of our products and the product information, including nutrient values, calorie counts, and the date and place of manufacture of the product. Payment and Refund

Quicky Bowl ships products directly to your home or address as stated by the customer during the order. As such, there are no opportunities for the products to be returned as there are significant hurdles considering the nature of the products and our shipping process. Quickly Bowl does not provide refunds at this time for any purchases made through its platform or partners, unless for the following reasons:
The product has come in damaged packaging, with adequate proof to be shown during the unpacking of the shipping box. This has to be backed by photos or videos that offer the same from the point of view of unboxing. For any product-related issues please contact support@quickybowl.com.

Quicky Bowl allows multiple options for payment for the products that are available across various segments in its platforms. For all the products, including meals, snacks, and more, the payment gateway allows customers to pay through their preferred payment modes, including debit and credit cards. The platform that is available for these payments is Razorpay, whose gateway also allows for UPI transactions (Google Pay, Paytm), net banking, and other payment methods. Quicky Bowl accepts payments through various service providers and payment methods across its sales channels. This is enabled through the Razorpay platform, an integrated solution managing the payment process through its gateway for the website. The Razorpay platform allows for international payments from users of the system through integration with net banking, Credit and Debit Cards, UPI, and other payment methods. Kindly note that shipments are currently restricted to Indian locations across India only. Our international shipments are currently on hold. This however would not impact payments to be made through international services but with delivery locations based out of India.

Subscription

Quicky Bowl is a growing company that is established with the customer in mind. With our current established product line-ups, due to procedural and regulatory challenges, we are currently unable to provide you with Subscriptions to your favorite snacks and ready-to-eat meals from Quicky Bowl. However, our team is constantly working to bring you new services and products and in the future, we hope to be able to provide a subscription service to various locations by changing team dynamics and regulatory requirements if those are met at a point in time in the future. You can purchase from our platform multiple times in a month in case of your requirements for multiple meals, or other Quicky Bowl products from our wide offerings.

Delivery

Quicky Bowl is expanding rapidly through expanding its operations in various centers around the world. Currently, the shipping region that Quicky Bowl delivers to is India. Regrettably, our shipping team does not accept orders or deliveries outside India and hence does not deliver worldwide due to our delivery partner and warehouse inventory constraints. In case of any queries that are associated with deliveries, reach out to us at support@quickybowl.com to raise a query with our super agents at Quicky Bowl Support Service! Please stay tuned for other shipping regions that will be added to our website shortly as we expand.

We have tied up with local delivery service providers who through our partnership deliver our products to you. This is through a network of delivery nodes that are employed at the provider’s end, that seek to streamline and expedite the delivery process for you. Our estimated delivery times are 5 to 7 days after shipping the product from our warehouse. After the transit of the package is completed, local delivery agents will move to your location to deliver the package to you at your location which would be inputted during the checkout process by you. We request that you kindly ensure that there is no error in the delivery addresses to ensure that the shipment reaches you without any hassle, and provides you ease within this system, If there are any queries or issues arising from your delivery, please reach out to our Support team at Quicky Bowl at support@quickybowl.com.

Our service partners work hard to reach your order with you. In certain cases, there are possibilities for your product not being received by you, due to issues in transit with our delivery service, non-availability of the customer in the location provided during checkout, wrong delivery addresses imputed during the shipping process, and other viable reasons. We work to ensure that these issues are streamlined and occur less within the network but in case such issues occur we would encourage you to reach out to our support staff at support@quickybowl.com to raise a ticket with your query and issue which our service team would seek to work towards to address the issue at the shortest duration possible. Our usual delivery times are between 5-7 days after packaging and which is restricted to India currently. However, there might be some delays that are inordinately faced by the delivery service which will be sought to be notified to you duly. We also would encourage you to reach out to the support team in case of an inordinate delay in the receipt of your package/order.

Quicky Bowl meals and snacks along with products from our other ranges are pre-packaged and transshipped to the shipping regions and locations that customers have imputed during the checkout process. At the stage when the checkout process is initiated and the package has been shipped, Quicky Bowl is unable to cancel the order received at that time. However, during the time period between the Order Placement and Packaging before shipment the order can be canceled. No cancellations are possible beyond this time frame. Refunds are also not provided in conjunction with products being shipped, and returns of the products with our shipping partners are also not possible.

Quicky Bowl meals are packaged with our trusted agents on our production lines and sent to any location throughout the shipping regions that we currently service. Currently, our meals and snacks are delivered to all locations within India and the same can be delivered to any address at the time of delivery. We would request the customer to input the address as per their necessary needs within the portal during selecting products and subsequently checking out before payments to ensure that the same reaches you at the location you desire. We would, however, encourage you to select locations where your availability is ensured so as to ensure the success of our delivery partner in delivering the package to you when the shipment reaches your preferred destination.

Shipping

Quicky Bowl provides free shipping to any products that are totaling to above 499 INR across our product catalog. The current shipping regions are India, and we do not offer worldwide shipping through Quicky Bowl at this point in time. However, for products in your cart, that total less than 499 INR, there will be a calculated shipping rate that will be added to your cart total during checkout and the payment system will reflect the same. In case you qualify for free shipping there will be no additional charges reflected on the checkout page for you and you can continue with the payment through our partner portal. Shipping within India is free for Cart Totals above 499 INR. There are shipping charges that are applicable to the total in case of the cart value goes below 499 INR. We currently do not ship to any other country apart from India. In case of any queries and issues with shipping, you can contact our Quicky Bowl support team at support@quickybowl.com. As we do not ship products outside India at this stage, there is no product shipping rate available for worldwide deliveries. As the team and supply chain expands to include other shipping regions and countries, we shall update our shipping allowances and the rates will be reflected accordingly in your cart. If there are any applicable shipping charges to your delivery address concerning the product total, they will automatically be added to the checkout page before you pay for your order.

Shipping for all our products that are carried in the store catalog is restricted to India. Within India, there are two tiers of shipping that are followed. For products purchased from our stores across various categories that total above 499 INR, no shipping charges will be applicable to the package. However, with totals below 499 INR, there will be a shipping charge added extra to your cart total in your order. We can address any shipping-related queries or other potential issues. Shipping estimates and figures are automatically updated on your checkout page as per the applicable rates for that region. Payments will be added along with the shipping rates if applicable to your order.
